Outlook – How to enable message notifications that pop-up in Outlook environment ?

In the Outlook Application:

Tools => Options => E-mail Options => Advanced E-mail Option => Display a New Mail Desktop Alert

Outlook – Clearing the Autocomplete Cache

Do u still remember that when you type in something in outlook and it just cache the data on your client and you would like it to be invisible for your co-worker that shares your computer with ya or even during presentation to your team in a meeting room?

If you want to delete the entire autocomplete cache, look for the NK2 file for your profile – it’s in
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
